A word from the artist: I had a ruff time with this painting. My original plan was to paint two curved women but in the middle of the process I stopped. My vision and what actually came out on the canvas was so far from each other so I had to cover it with black paint to start over. But when the paint dried I was absolutely floored with the result. The glow that shines through the darkens is crazy beautiful, it reminds me of life and how important it’s to let what’s inside of you shine through the tuff shell we sometimes have, and also the darkness that life sometimes tries us with. I know for my self how hard it’s to believe in your self, but this painting screams hope and screams the importance of pushing through, just like this light does with the darkness I tried to cover it with. That’s why I named her Light.

Depending on what light you’re viewing the art in changes how it looks, good lighting equals a light and bright look, bad lighting equals a darker look, cool lighting equals a cooler look and warm lighting equals a warmer look.

The floater frame is a wood frame handmade by the artist. Please note that frame is fragile so please handle with love and care.
The frame is mounted on the painting and ready to be hanged when you receive it. Please note that the measurement will be 2.5 centimeters extra on each side.
I've chosen to make a floater frame to create more depth to the art and that makes the painting look even bigger. In my opinion it's visually much more appealing and that creates more of a majestic look that I personally really appreciate in combination with my art.
