Do you take commission a custom piece?

At the moment I don’t do commissions, I want to focus on my creative flow and see where that takes me, but I would absolutely love to do that in the future.

How and where do I purchase an original painting?

I release new work frequently and emiliaamb.com is the only place to purchase any of my artwork. Sometimes I release new work as a series and sometimes I release work one by one. Any news or updates will always be all over my socials so please follow me at all of the platforms I’m on, so you don’t miss anything.

Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity?

To protect the integrity of work that rise in value over time like original paintings and limited edition prints, a Certificate of Authenticity will arrive. Open edition prints will not arrive with a certificate of authenticity.

What type of canvas and what medium do you paint with?

I use pre-stretched canvas that I buy from a store here in Sweden but the goal is to stretch my own. I use mixed media in my art and the material is depending on my mood and vibe, but mostly I like to work with acrylic paint.

The colour looks different.

I do my best to offer as colour accurate photography of the art as I can, but depending on the screen calibration of different devices the colour might vary. I recommend looking from different devices like iPhone, computer etc.

Colour can also vary depending on if the lighting is warm, cool, strong, soft and if it’s a sunny or cloudy day.

Rights 

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Emilia Amb including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.

Shipping & returns - Questions

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I offer shipping to almost every country. If your country is no available at checkout, please e-mail me your address and I will talk to the shipping company about your location.

Emilia Amb is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please make sure that you provide the complete and correct information at the checkout.

Shipping times?

Each print is made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to process and the original paintings take 2-4 weeks to prepare for shipment. I do my best to get you order shipped as quick and safe as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide:

  • Free Shipping on orders over 2000 SEK
  • 299 SEK on orders under 2000 SEK

Do I need to pay import fees and taxes?

Tax fees and import fees is not within my control. Each country has its own regulation regard this topic. I recommend you checking your countries rules for the correct answer.

It is the responsibility of the costumer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges, if you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to me. Provided that the product is in its original condition, I will refund you the cost of your purchase
(minus the costs of shipping).

Do you accept returns?

I only accept returns of rolled prints within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, the print must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packing. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

I cannot accept return of an original painting because I can’t guarantee that the piece returns in the same condition as it left the studio. All original purchases are final. 

Important! You need to contact me by email at hi@emiliaamb.com to be accepted for a return and to start the process. Items that are sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order for any damages immediately when you receive it and contact me as quick as possible on hi@emiliaamb.com.

Refunds

Please note that the print must be in the same condition that you received it. When I have inspected your return, I’ll will let you know if a refund is approved or not, depending on if the print is damage-free and arrived in the same condition or not.

The return shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
